- TLC M5 will confirm with client prior to complete work. Final charges will be subject to actual parts and labor used.
- Any repair time given is merely an estimate and TLC M5 will not be bound by it due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Repaired items not collected within 30 days will be sold to defray expenses, and client shall have NO claim whatsoever against TLC M5.
- Any item booked into workshop will be at the client’s own risk.
- TLC M5 will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of robbery, fire or storm damage.
- TLC M5 will not be held liable for loss of data on client’s device(s) (It is the client’s own responsibility to back-up all data).
- Whilst every attempt will be made to handle client(‘s) device with care (as our priority) disassembly of the item may trigger a part to break or become unusable in the process of repair which may not be recovered/fixed. TLC M5 will not be held accountable for damaged part(s).
- There are no guarantees on Software’s, Touch/LCD Screens, and Back-Ups.
- All Repairs have a 3 or 6 Month Warranty depending on the product being serviced.
